I don't think so.  

Volvo EX30 ranked top 3 in THREE categories. So it seems to be the most likely to win 2024 World Car of the Year.

I even think the BYD Seal is a placeholder (of World Car of the Year 2024) since it is not top 3 in World Electric Car of the Year 2024 but both Kia and Volvo are top 3 in these TWO categories.

Srettha can't drive BYD Seal due to his big body. So does The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment, I believe. (Sorry if that words are copyrighted. This blog "h0ngcom (computer room)" has no monetizations at all.)
